Agency Process

01 Planning

Send us the your upcoming list of properties that need to be inspected over the next 4 weeks.

02 Schedule Approval

Review and approve the schedule we have planned. This will include any adjustments; cancellations, management changes etc.

03 Access Management

Organise keys and access each morning for 8:30am pickup. We drop them off at the end of the day.

04 View Report

We send you an overall inspection report weekly for your managements giving you complete visibility of the routine inspections done.
